Protect Yourself Against Scams

Lycaremit will never request your online banking passwords, account PINs, or full debit/credit card details. If you receive a suspicious message asking for these credentials, do not reply. Report it immediately to [email protected].

What if we do not hear from you?

If we do not receive a response, we will continue our efforts to contact you in accordance with our regulatory obligations. This may include further communication attempts and, where appropriate, enhanced tracing activities to help reunite customers with their funds.
